"Holy Bible - King James Version"
This essential translation of the Bible is the version Mary Baker Eddy used and referenced most frequently. Praised as "the noblest monument in English prose," the King James Version remained the Biblical standard from its first printing in 1611 to well into the twentieth century, and it remains a popular and deeply respected version today. Written as it was to be of use to any denomination, the King James Version also maintains the poetry and inspiration of the original texts.
Poems
"The Daffodil" by Peter Reichl-Cunningham
At the time of writing this, my life seemed to be in a state of chaos. There was a separation of family while going through a divorce, setting up a new home for myself, and a new life.
One day, one of my sons who at that time was around seven years of age came to visit me and said, "Dad, I love you" and then brought from behind his back two daffodils of which expressed so much love and care, that I was inspired to write this poem.
I have submitted this, not to impress, but to express, that God is all in all, and that He loves every one of us.
"I Have So Many Riches" by Peter Reichl-Cunningham
This poem came to me within one minute when I had so much gratitude for all that God was revealing. At this time, I was experiencing many trials and tribulations, but always knew that God was and is with me every moment.
